I have had a tilt head kitchenaid mixer for over 30 years and have loved it. It had never let me down until this year when I tried to make nougat for Christmas. It got very bogged down and I feared burning up the motor. I then found this one on sale for less than half price and was thrilled to be able to get it for only slightly more than I paid for the tilt head so many years ago! Looking forward to my first batch of nougat with it.
