Built to last - sturdier than the Artisan
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mixer to replace my KitchenAid Artisan Mixer, which broke its gears after two weeks of ownership - using the food processor attachment to dice carrots. This mixer seems to have a much sturdier build and doesn’t seem to have any issues running any of the attachments. My only complaint is that I wish the bowl had a bit more travel between up and down positions- to make it easier to change between the mixing spade and dough hook, without having to remove the bowl.
