The tilt head model is easier to remove the bowl from what my sister in law suggests . Both mixer models are great and my wife , sister in law , and mother in law who all have one love the mixer . I'm just an outlaw trying to make my wife and in laws happy - this product has helped me stay out of trouble once again .
