With the attachments we'll be able to save space in our cabinets in our tiny kitchen. The Kitchen Aide takes up a lot of space on the counter top but i think its worth it so far.

Not thrilled

First machine the engine was gone, replacement took over 3 months. Customer service by Kitchen Aid was poor. The item was back ordered, all they would offer me was another color- a color I didn't want. The replacement machine works ok, but is quite noisy and not the quality I expected.

The best mixer

I believe it is the slimmed down residential version of the workhorse Hobart commercial mixer. it just keeps going and going. I like the new selection of attachments and the wider more stable bowl design.

Good appliance
