Bigger isn't always better

I sorely miss my Artisan and will be looking to buy one of those again. This mixer is noisy and not very good for smaller amounts. It splatters everything easily and when trying to use the dough hook for bread, it sounds like it is going to die. Plus I probably should wear ear protection.

I kind of wish I had gone with the flip top as removing the bowl and attachments can be tricky when full, but overall I’m happy with this product.
