Always buy a pro model vut having a tilt head would be easier to add ingredients. Highly recommend the plastic guard with the slide to add ingredients.

Awesome Mixer

The product is well built, used the metal bowl to temper and worked great. Did not go with tilt model and can see why that is good option however it still works amazing. Looking forward to the great bakes and recipes that are made from this mixer.

It’s heavy but being a professional model it does exactly what it’s supposed to. I definitely recommend to other cooks and bakers dreaming of it! It doesn’t disappoint ❤️
