A little disappointed by the lack of basic options I'm seeing for the bowl lift though. I woukd like to see a glass or ceramic bowl option.

The product is well built, used the metal bowl to temper and worked great. Did not go with tilt model and can see why that is good option however it still works amazing. Looking forward to the great bakes and recipes that are made from this mixer.

Tilt head mixer was wanted which is not included with this mixer - the bowl lift was confused with tilt head feature. Item to be returned for replacement.

It’s heavy but being a professional model it does exactly what it’s supposed to. I definitely recommend to other cooks and bakers dreaming of it! It doesn’t disappoint ❤️
