I had a Kitchen Aid hand mixer. This is a big step up. I have used it 5 times in less than 3 wks. which is a lot more than I used the hand mixer. I intend to use it a lot.

Bought this as a gift. Has performed as expected. Also was a great price at the time i bought it. Had been looking for a while for a new mixer and this mixer meets all of our needs.

I do not think this very expensive mixer goes as fast as the traditional household kitchen aid mixer but that doesn't really matter. The purpose of its speed is to make quality food so you don't need that speed anyways, it is fast enough to whip cream so that's all you need anyways. My mixer did not have the black knob that is shown in the picture in the box to lift the stand but I don't miss it. Great product, just for the money I would expect everything to be dishwasher safe and not 2 of the 4 accessories.

This is the best mixer out there. I even use mine to grind meat with the attachment. I has all the power you need for whatever your mixing or grinding.

I have had this for almost a year. My only complaint is in the head. Always buy a pro model vut having a tilt head would be easier to add ingredients. Highly recommend the plastic guard with the slide to add ingredients.

I was so excited to get this! Pros= I don't have to hand mix anymore!! Cons= one part of the mixing tool fell off on first use. Also, this size does not have head tilt, so it's a little more cumbersome to use
