Although very heavy, this mixer will last a life-time!

I was looking into mixers for a while because I was tired of kneading by hand. Saw many reviews on this model and noticed it was on sale. Decided to pull the trigger and it’s been the best investment so far. I would definitely recommend to anyone getting into baking.

I ordered one at Christmas time and was willing to wait for it to be shipped just before New Years, but it came the day after Christmas. I haven’t stopped using it since. I clicked on a Best Buy email and took advantage of a sale that offered too great of a value to pass up.

Great mixer. Powerful. Like the lift off bowl design.

Opened the box, cleaned the tools and bowl and excitedly used the mixer. Performance was great and exactly as we expected...however when we were cleaning it up to put it away, we noticed two cosmetic defects on the mixer, the first on the silver kitchenaid band, and the second on the red finish near the band. It does not take away from the mixers performance, but it is still disappointing.

I cleaned it first, apparantly you have to use stainless cleaner.. My batter had black stuff in it from the bowl. I will try again. the band around the top is loose. the adjustment screw to adjust the level of the bowl doesn't do any good on moving it. It does mix things up nicely though. It's VERY heavy! I will make it work.

This mixer can handle any cooking preparation in record time. Don’t know how we cooked without it. I just wish we had bought it sooner. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to cook! A real workhorse for the kitchen. I recommend this mixer for anyone who loves to cook.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas early. We used it to mix up all the cookie dough. It worked great.Now I don’t have to mix the dough by hand for her. Wish I would have purchased one of these years ago. Can’t wait to get the meat grinder attachment to make bologna salad.

I've been waiting for a great price deal to purchase this stand mixer and am so glad I did. Sturdy and powerful, it was great for bread making and saved my hands a lot of stress when making whipped cream. If its reputation is to be believed, I'll be just as happy in five or ten years as I am now.

Was lucky enough to spend multiple hours refreshing the page on Black Friday to get one of these. It was a gift for my girlfriend’s parents. It’s safe to say they love it and have already made multiple batches of cookies. Great gift idea for anyone.

We love making bread and this mixer is amazing for the task. It's a mini version of what is used in commercial kitchens and has the power and stamina for longer mixing tasks. Haven't tried any attachments but the pasta maker is on the list. Got it as a "doorbuster" holiday deal at a great price!
