Was just browsing in store and came across a great savings that couldn't be passed up. Works and looks great. Tilt head might be a nicer option for changing mixer, but the raising and lowering of the bowl does the job

I went with the more powerful motor as I will be baking breads and other pastries this semester. I am looking foward to adding various attachments for pasta, ice cream, etc. as my skills progress. I could not be more pleased with this mixer.

Best mixer I have owned

I haven't tried making bread but I bought it mainly to mix cookies and tea cakes, I'm sure it will work just as well on other mixtures. My hand mixer went in the garbage
