I have been wanting one for a long time. Little disappointed. The tools The tools do not mix the batter well and I have to go back and fix it myself. I don't like that you can't tilt it to take the bowl off. I only like the fact that I don't have to stand and mix it while I'm adding ingredients

I love the size and color of the new KitchenAid editions, but the power of the mixer is not as strong as the classic versions. It also makes a very loud noise when in use.

Bought this mixer as a Christmas present for my wife. She was ecstatic and loves it. She's always wanted one. She uses it about 3 times a week. I'm happy that she's happy. No issues with it. It is a good sturdy heavy duty mixer. Wish we had gotten one sooner. WE LOVE IT.

Received item at great sales price. Received item was damaged so called Kitchenaide and had replacement immediately in the mail with free return shipping label to send ours back. Item works great and we plan on buying several attachments to expand our use.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend because she has always wanted one and Best Buy had these on sale for Black Friday. She has made several pies and various other pastries and even homemade bread in this. It seems to work really well, and she loves it

So happy with this appliance! Upgraded from the Artisan series when I saw this on sale. The Pro-5 feels a bit heftier and solidly constructed. Honestly, you can't go wrong with this one.

Great mixer. Not sure what the real difference between lift and tilt mixers is, but I know the tilt mixer gets better bowls, that’s my only gripe.

This is a great product. If you are into baking or just want to share baking goods with your family this is a good product to have. This mixer also comes with additional pieces for multi use. Best Buy stands by their product and the brands they sell customer service is always outstanding .

I bought my first Kitchen Aid Mixer more than twenty-five years ago at the same price that I bought this one for. I was so thrilled that I bought two of them, one for me and one for my daughter. Kitchen Aid is the best of best and it truly was a BEST BUY!!
