However, I wish I would have stuck with the tilt head. I bought this one because of the super price, but it is very heavy and it is awkward /hard for me to place and remove the bowl. The paddle falls back down into your batter when you remove it.

No matter what I am mixing, this machine is powerful enough to handle it effortlessly. It can get a little messy when adding ingredients (i.e. flour) during the mixing process, though.
