Originally was going for the cheaper version but got a good deal using my rewards. So far it's been performing great. It is rather large and that is the only downside so far since we have a rather small kitchen.

However, I wish I would have stuck with the tilt head. I bought this one because of the super price, but it is very heavy and it is awkward /hard for me to place and remove the bowl. The paddle falls back down into your batter when you remove it.

My first two projects were a cake and yeast rolls and it handled both jobs with ease. I am happy with my choice.

The only negative is that the bowl itself is a little flimsy compared to other models that I've used. Otherwise, this one will do all of our mixing jobs with ease!
