This is a quality machine. It doesn't have everything that the 6 quart version comes with but still nice.

It is very easy to handle and big enough to prepare a large portion. The size is just perfect for the price.

We bought this mixer for my sister. She loves to bake. Since then she has used it for making bread and cakes daily. It is difficult for the mixer if she only uses an egg, but for bigger mixtures, it works amazing.

Loved it. Had to return it because my sister in law boufht my wife the same thing a few minutes before i did.

Good or better sometimes fine with a whole lot of ok or good.

I finally purchased a KitchenAid to replace a 30 year old Sunbeam mixer. I purchased it on sale for a great price. It was difficult to go from the old Sunbeam mixer with the tilt head, two beaters and two different size bowls to the larger mixer with one size bowl, one beater and no tilt head. I have to scrape the bowl more often than the previous mixer, but it blends fine. I miss the ability to use a small bowl for small amounts to be mixed.

It's really loud, whips well, bowl is a bit tricky to get on

My old kitchenAid mixer died after over 20 years of uses. I LOVE this new one! It is amazing! I had always chosen silver or black but decided I wanted a red one. I love the red on it!

This is a replacement for my original Kitchen Aide. My old mixer is fine and will be passed down. This was a special buy, highly reduced for an updated mixer. Works great

I bought this for my wife for our anniversary and she loves it! We had been looking at the lower models and then these went on sale so I couldn't not buy it. She loves it and says they're the best consumer grade mixer on the market!

It’s very heavy, the head doesn’t lift like the older models and sometimes it doesn’t power on.

We have not purchased any extra attachments yet but it is excellent for any baking prep needs and more. There is not many other appliances out there that are built better than this item. Got it for a great price

What can I say anyone whos over 30, 40 or 50 has possibly seen these as a kids growing up, if your into cooking and baking this is the way togo, hands down. and they last forever...

We love Kitchen-Aid appliances. That being said, we used this twice and the thing bounces around and is very loud. We owned a commercial Kitchen-Aid mixer before this one and it was quieter and more balanced.

Awesome performance, Saves time and effort. Easy to operate

My wife was really excited to finally get a mixer. She wanted one for a long time but they were always so expensive. We picked this one because it was normally about $500 after taxes but we paid around half that. That made it cheaper than the entry models at the store. She really likes the machine but she does have one complaint: it doesn't do well with smaller batches. If you aren't mixing with around half the bowl filled, it can be frustrating.

Only used this a few times so far, but very happy with this mixer. Was surprised by the weight of it, but that that makes for a stable work platform. Got it on sale and the sale price of $198 made even better.

Gifted this to a good friend who has yearned for one for some time. She cried. Was told a few weeks later it was the best gift ever. If you know someone who loves to bake /cook you can't go wrong. They love their KichenAid!
