I have used the mixer for cake batters and bread dough. I like the ease of using the mixer. I prefer this style because the bowl raises up or down. The mixer is easy to clean and stores easily on my counter top.

Bought this mixer for my mother and she absolutely loves it! Great for all her baking needs- Only thing I would have liked is easier access to the appropriate attachments otherwise a perfect purchase!!!!

We have loved having this in our kitchen. It can mix pretty much anything, and is immensely sturdy. Also, was an fantastic value.

I was able to snag this up for $200 on sale and it was great a decision, but for $500 does the average joe really need something this expensive? Probably not

does the job well, easy, and awesome. i did try to mix this thick dough and the motor got really hot and started to produce smoke and had to turn off immedietly. it didn't turn on again for a while but i think it was just overheated. after a while it was fine again, not sure how reliable it will be in the long run,
