We are using this stand mixer for more than 18 months, and its working perfectly. We mostly use this for making dough, and it does the job fantastically. Definitely a must buy for kitchen!!

If you love to bake for fun or for any loving even with friends and family. This definitely does the job and more especially for the holidays and parties for end of the year.

This mixer was a disappointment. I wish i had kept the original artisan I bought, but this one came on sale for a great price and I thought I'd "upgrade." the design of the beater is so frustrating, I have to constantly take a silicone spatula, stop the mixer, and scrape the sides of the bowl otherwise there is no mixing actually happening because the ingredients get pushed up the side of the bowl and the beater can't mix it. There's seemingly a solution, which is to buy a different beater that has a flexible scraper attached, but I feel like that should be included in such an expensive machine abd not something I have to buy extra just to use it. Also, this one may be a personal preference, but since it's a lift style unit and not a tilt head, it's messy getting things in during mixing (and also doing the side scraping I mentioned before), and it's messy removing the beater at the end.

Was missing a component. The dough mixer thing. Told the manager and he refused to exchange it. Idk how that made it through quality control. I got really unlucky I guess.
