Great product and price. We need to make more of an effort to utilize this. Hopefully for making dough for pizzas in the brick oven this summer.

Haven't used it much yet but hate how hard it is to put the bowl back in place.Always feel like I'm about to break it.

Using this machine turned a baking hater to a lover! So much easier to whip up some fresh bread or cookies without having to drain all your arm strength out! Highly recommend!

We also have our own lower model and these things are amazing. I'm pretty sure it's a requirement for anyone who cooks. Great construction and useful features. Will update review if gift-receiver has any issues.

This mixer was a disappointment. I wish i had kept the original artisan I bought, but this one came on sale for a great price and I thought I'd "upgrade." the design of the beater is so frustrating, I have to constantly take a silicone spatula, stop the mixer, and scrape the sides of the bowl otherwise there is no mixing actually happening because the ingredients get pushed up the side of the bowl and the beater can't mix it. There's seemingly a solution, which is to buy a different beater that has a flexible scraper attached, but I feel like that should be included in such an expensive machine abd not something I have to buy extra just to use it. Also, this one may be a personal preference, but since it's a lift style unit and not a tilt head, it's messy getting things in during mixing (and also doing the side scraping I mentioned before), and it's messy removing the beater at the end.

This mixer is great! Quiet, fast and efficient! The lifting bowl is a huge plus I know people mention they wish the head tilted back but that's not needed since the bowl raises and lowers. Highly recommended.

If you love to bake for fun or for any loving even with friends and family. This definitely does the job and more especially for the holidays and parties for end of the year.

Got as a christmas gift for my girlfriend. Will post results after she gets it. Box is heavy.
