    the pro series have the metal gears inside which you always want when buying a mixer that will be used alot. No problems with this bowl lift version.

    The included paddle doesn't come near the sides of the bowl, and Kitchenaid doesn't make a scraper paddle specifically for this model/size. They say to buy the 6 qt paddle with scraper. Crossing my fingers at this point. Very expensive for the scraper.

    It made my baking so much faster for Christmas. I love that I didn’t have to keep spinning the bowl. And it took abt 30 minutes to cream my butter.
