They say to buy the 6 qt paddle with scraper. Crossing my fingers at this point. Very expensive for the scraper.

AMAZING Mixer

All great except

When we have to make one cup dough, the hand does not reach to flour on the floor and the machine does not do a good job. In my case i added two pads on both the hinges to life the bowl a bit to get over it but its definitely a design issue. When the dough to be made is more it works great.
