I had been wanting one forever. The first time I used it, I had read all the instructions and tried to whip three egg whites only to discover neither the wire whip nor the paddle beater REACHED the egg whites in the bowl, even after I adjusted the bowl height per the instructions provided. I'm still wondering how this mixer is still sold with this issue. The dough book eventually worked because as the dough continues to mix, the tension in the dough pills it from the bottom. I am going to order a mixing saddle that has a flexible extender, but again need to save my pennies for it

We made some homemade brownies And pancakes and it worked great both times. The bowl is a bit difficult to secure to the arm but otherwise it works good. We have not tried the dough attachment but maybe this weekend.
