It's cheaply made, terribly noisy, and it's only a 5 quart bowl. Our first attempt using it was a fiasco. It couldn't contain our recipe as I had thought that it was a 6 qt bowl. My bad.....put it was noisy, hard to use and as another reviewer noted, we had shavings dropping from around the spindle. Needless to say, it's going back to the store. We have another one, smaller back home and it's cheaply made too. Made in America.....what else can go wrong!!!
