    Bought it primarily to make pizza dough, works great for that, max dough size is about 1kg (2.2Lbs) flour, or about 1.4 to 1.5Kg (3-3.3Lbs) total weight per batch. Has "slow start" my 20yr old Artisan mixer didn't.
