Disappointed in product. From what I read it's probably a control board. Of course warranty is out after one year.

Disappointed with Bestbuy

Did not come in a kitchen aid box or with warranty card or instructions and was not wrapped, just stuffed in box. mixer and attachments were scratched and obviously used, and the mixer is loud. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and I'm glad the gift didn't come like this. 1 star for bestbuy, 5 stars for the new mixer my daughter got, not this one. The cover I bought doesn't fit this either. it is too short.
