An electronic hum but no movement at first, then they would start wirking, but I feel loudly. I actually used the 2nd to make bread dough, but the issue continued as well as not restarting after turning the power lever to off. It started working on the next attempt, but now I do not trust it. KA Customer service said that no one has called this issue in yet, but if they return it, would KA know why? Anyway, they said it was a bad batch sent to BB, but I bought them both from different shipments 2 weeks apart. * This is not a BB issue, but a KA issue

I am actually thinking of returning it because of the bad public relations of Kitchen aid
