Attaching the bowl to back of beater was a challenge & not used to using a level to raise the bowl up & down. Also adjusting bowl so that attachments would not hit sides of bowl. Would not have bought this model mixer had I know all of thiss

It had burnt marks on it.. Mostly returning, not worth the exchange.

Took it out of the box to turn it on to make sure it was ok. Looks great. Sounds horrible, like grinding gears. Returned it to the store and got a replacement. Brought that home, the new one sounds even worse. The only saving grace may be the one year warranty.
