My first KitchenAid

Not enough power

It would work fine if you intend to make cakes and cookies etc. for bread making, it’s definitely not enough power and for a 12oz dough it’s using a lot of its energy and I supposed this is the max amount of dough this machine can handle.

An item I've wanted for over 10 years!

It didn't perform as well as I had hoped but I haven't had enough time to make necessary adjustments when using it. I need to return the Flex-Edge Beater and the Pouring Shield because they only fit a smaller bowl. Before I ordered the fixer I "spoke" with the online chat person who told me that both items would work with my mixer. This was a MAJOR disappointment.

Mixer was damaged in transit.

This mixer was damaged in transit. All styrofoam protecting mixer was totally broken and nothing protected the mixer. Bowl was out of place and attachments askew. Lift mechanism was damaged.
