THERE A METEL BURR ON THE FRONT OF THE MIXER THAT SHOULD BE SMOOTH. THE BREAD HOOK DOES NOT WORK. I USED THE OLD BREAD HOOK TO MAKE MY BREAD. I WOULD SAY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

I sold this and bought the other style where the bowl fits into bottom grooves and the top lifts up for easy stirring etc.

I wish I had kept my Grandmothers hand me down it was more pleasurable and quieter than this. The motor groans loudly under the slightest loads and bracket that supports the bowl rattles and clanks non stop. It actually sounds like it is breaking every time I use this thing. I will surprised if it lasts a few years, probably just long enough for the warranty to expire. Super disappointed with this purchase.

I was so excited to give it to her for Christmas, especially since it was a good sale price. She asked me if it was a remanufactured product. She said it was very noisy and shakey.
