You have to make big cakes, batters or does with this. Mixers don't reach small portion egg whites. Since it doesn't have tilt head, it makes it a bigger sized of it's kind

This model is slow to start and doesn't seem to reach the same whip speeds. Also not really a fan of the bowl clip on the machine.

It should not be quite so hard to get the paddle to reach the bottom of the bowl. The adjustment screw has been turned as far as it will go and we still have to stop the mixer to get the bottom mixed in.
