Not the best kitchen aid but it’s worth it for most tasks. It works great for everything except that it could use a bit more power for dough.

Well, i bought a black one and a red one. The blavk one was defective. I opened the red one, and that had white grease allover it. So why do i have to clean this? I exchanged both for new ones. The replacements cane in. The black one came in with a dirty, stained bowl and i never bothered to open the red one. Returned them both. Not Best Buys fault as they only sell them. Kitchenaid needs to make sure these units are qt least inspected before packing.

Box came standard safe to say the wife knows shes getting a mixer for chirstmas @bestbuy you guys couldnt put it in a box to conseal what it was smh

Works great. However my package did not include the wire wisk and dough hook that was supposed to be included.

so i thought i was getting a great deal when i purchased this item online only to discover it was HUGE and bulky and wouldn't fit comfortably in my kitchen. it's definitely not the cute compact kitchenaid mixers so be conscious.

Honestly this was a bust. Noisy as heck, doesnt work as it should. Wish i would have purchased a different one.

Motor is very loud and has a ‘windy’ sound to it. I expected better for the price.

i purchased this as a gift for my daughter in law, when she opened it it had scratches and dents and grease and some rust on a screw. I plan to return this item.

Not sure if I didn’t insert the bowl right but..... I made 2 cheesecakes & at the end, I had to batter it myself since the mixer left it bumpy. Kind of want to downgrade to the smaller one now.

Older models seem more durable. I bought this as an upgrade and not impressed at all. The motor seems like it's going to give out at any moment

It is too big. Bulky. Not pleasant to look at. I took this back and got the Artisan pink. Get this if your boring and don't care about the color....and maybe starting a makeshift bakery!

Bought on sale $299.99 it states the regular price is $499.99. You can find it anywhere at regular price of $299,99. Now BB has it for $219.99. No worth it. Next time I’ll buy it somewhere else.

I was excited to receive my first kitchenaid product. However it looked like I gotten a return used unit. Grime on the attachment. (Cleaned off easily chalked it up to shipping) the coating on the beater attachment was peeling away exposing the metal. The fingerprints inside the bowl. Etc. So the kitchenaid I bought to make my thanksgivings pies easier failed and I went to using my trusty $15 handheld. Only reason I spent the money is because my mom who has been using kitchenaid for 50+ years and they still all work and I loved them. I get mine and highly disappointed in the way I received the unit.

Nice looking appliance. I found it hard to get the bowl anchored each time I had to take it off and put it back on during the process of kneading dough to make bread. Other than that its a good buy.

My wife and I waited day after day in the Best Buy app for this Black Friday special to drop on this mixer. Imagine our surprise when we went to pick up the mixer and it was the wrong color. We specifically order the ink blue and when we picked up it was silver. The employee told my wife that it was possible that it could be a blue mixer in a box that showed a silver mixer on the outside. Not true. I’m more disappointed with Best Buy than the product itself

I bought this online. I didn't realize how large and heavy it was. I had problems getting the beaters adjusted properly. My opinion is price was to high for the value.

My mixer was broke have not been able to use it yet had to return it to the store and have a new one ordered Maybe when I get the new one have me do another review to see if that one work right.

I thought being that this was the biggest one. It would do more things. It doesn’t even tilt. Much rather have gotten the smaller one for far less money. Wife likes it so we kept it.
