This was a Christmas present and it came when I wasn’t home in a box with a label on it saying what it was. It ruined the surprise.

This is my first Kitchenaid small appliance. We only used it for 2 times and we just found that it is chipped inside the stainless bowl. I thought that Kitchenaid is a good brand and have good quality control, but I guess not. The stainless steel bowl is cheaply made. I tried to contact Kitchenaid customer service, but no one response.

upgraded size from a smaller kitchen aid. blender works well but it is extremely loud

After an year of use the on switch takes a while to start mixing.

I purchased this as a gift for family member on cyber Monday deal. Now it's $30 cheaper! What a scam. They appreciate it., however, wish i could get difference back without them having to return and repurchase item. When i first checked order history online, showed lower price, when I checked on app, showed cyber monday price What a scam! Very disappointed.

The black product is very pretty. I would be very satisfied if there was no noise.

It is a good product, but just need to buy a lot of accessories to make it work as advertising.

Finally opened it on 11/20/2022 to make cakes and pies for Thanksgiving. The mixer was the most inconvenient mixer I ever had. Terrible way to move the bowl up and down. Can't get the mixer off without getting your hands in the mix. When you increase the speed it throws the mixture out of the bowl onto the wall. Horrible design. Gave it away the same day that I used it. Other needed components would have to be ordered after you found out that they weren't included. I still buy from Bestbuy but man O man, what a disappointment.

This is a great mixer. It does everything that a mixer should.

This mixer may be good for some people but it isn't sturdy enough for any one who is very comfortable in the kitchen. Doesn't deserve the PROFESSIONAL designation. We returned it and bought the Professional 6. Much better.

Heats up with few minutes, so hot that you can't touch the upper side. Efficiency has decreased. In speeds 4 and up, it gives a weird sound like it's coughing hard. The sounds have increased, and efficiency greatly decreased. Can't use for more than 5 min now and for light mixing, so it just sits idle in my cupboard. Yes all these are from the stand mixer. Unfortunately, I was way past the return period.

Meh. It is difficult to get the bowl into the grooves and it doesn't tilt, making removal of the bowl and attachments difficult. Batter flattens at the bottom and you have to scrape it often to get the proper mix. But since it doesn't tilt, it's very difficult to do this properly. I would not buy again.

Not for me I need a mixer that I can pivot the head back to reload

Very loud - very high pitched sound when it's turned on and spins. Replaced an older model and have wished I saved my $.

I wished I’d made my review around the time it was purchased. As soon as I took out my beautiful kitchenAid and it’s accessories I quickly noticed that the main mixer attachment that I use which is the paddle & the one I’d be using the most had been chipped before it’s first use . I was so sad and disappointed, never told Best Buy or returned it. It seems as though I’m stuck with a defected paddle. I don’t want to go through more emotional disappointments...what a disappointment..it was outta stock to begin with in store so when I ordered it it took a long time and then I had issues with that as well but my main concern is that when I finally received my product My paddle was defected (chipped)

It’s a really good brand mixer ……….I love it !!!!!!!!
