I contacted the best buy by phone and I have to take the mixer to a store in order for an associate to reorder a new one. I'll see how the return goes. I knew something was not right when i picked the box at UPS and i could hear a lot of noise of moving parts. I recommend the mixer but i recommend buying from another store. I am very disappointed with best buy sending an used item when i purchase a new item and there was not where in the description that it was an open box or used item.

My other one has a tilt head whick is much nicer than this one, it is way too tall to go under my cabinet. I returned it & bought a different one.
