It’s really a great investment for own kitchen. Love it!

I think this is an appropriate size for my use and first kitchenaid. At first I was not sure how to use it, and frankly still not entirely sure. But I have made bread and whipping cream so far and I think it's doing the job. I think when making bread it's best to keep it on stirring, when I move it to the 2nd speed, it feels like it's working too hard, and I don't want to risk over mixing. I think I'd upgrade to pro if I ever need a bigger bowl, I am not sure if this mixture could handle anything greater than 5qt. But it's working for my needs and I am glad of this purchase and love the navy color (I didn't want red, etc.). I do wish that the attachments were stainless steel, and also wished it came with the 3ct bowl and whisk, but I can buy it separately another time.

Not the best mixers I’ve used, but gets the job done

Works great but I thought that it would be sturdier

I bought this around Christmas when it was "50% off". I have used it to make cheese cake and pizza dough. I have not been impressed with it. It takes a long time to mix ingredients and really doesn't do a good job. It's not worth the money or the clean up versus an electric hand mixer.

It is really hard to attach and unattach the bowl.

The beaters would hit the side when operating as a blender. It was difficult to operate as far as I am concerned. I have owned a few Kitchen Aid products and have been completely satisfied with all of the except the KV25GDXSL

Thought this was a great price as deal of the day. However, after registration on Kitchen Aid website showed I purchased a refurbished item. It was never advertised on deal of the day as refurbished and now I'm discouraged on making another purchase from the deal of the day.

Bought new but received a used product that had butter on it. Not happy. Second time returning and received the product with butter on it. Was too busy with work to return. !! Return date expired!

Poor design. Mix paddle and bowl get in each other's way

The motor sounds like its going to break sometimes when I'm mixing. It seems very fragile. I'm hoping it doesn't break on me. The features are good but I don't think this mixer is worth the price.

I am not happy with the mixer. Do not like the way the bowl attaches. Do not like the way the beaters attach. Was unable to return because I did not know ere was a 15 day return policy. Seriously WHO has a 15 day policy!! I used it once and now I'm stuck with it

Not worth the price at all. Im crazy about baking and this was not for me. I also purchase all the extra attachments to get the fullbfeel for everything. I returned it all.

I have wanted one of these mixers for the longest time now. When it comes to buying products, I usually think the more expensive, the better. Not in this case. I'm sure this is a superb machine and I unfortunately did not get the chance to try it. As soon as it arrived in the box, I knew I made a mistake in ordering the more expensive model. This thing is HUGEEE!!! Totally not what I expected. Stands about two and a half feet tall and a foot x foot and a half wide and deep. Takes up the entire counter! I'm sure this is a great tool for businesses and expert bakers, but for the everyday person, not so much. I returned it the same day and will be picking up the standard size next time it goes on sale!

The KitchenAid was not what we ordered. It was missing pieces that were supposed to be included, such as the whisk attachment as well as the slash guard attachment. We tried to reach out to customer service and they were no help as the receipt does not show the included attachments, just the image of the KitchenAid itself. The bowl also came warped and is hard to attach to the lift. We will be reordering from a different company.

I did not like the mixer because it was a refurbish mixer. I went to register it and that is how I found out. I guess that is why the mixer cost so little. I had one just like it that was brand new and it did not last 5 years.

When started it was loud and making a knocking noise. Called Kitchen Aid and they are going to exchange it but it will take 6 weeks or more.

I received my order promptly from Best Buy. My problem was with the mixer itself. It worked twice then stopped working. Every time we would turn it on it would go super fast for a few seconds then auto shut off. I called kitchenaid and they’re sending a replacement due in 4-6 weeks. Not a good first impression of the company. Hopefully things will get better once I receive my new mixer.

I didn’t like this mixer , it was very rattling and you have to get other attachments to keep what your mixing in the bowl , I wanted to make double batches of frosting, cookies
