    Horrible experience!!!! I received a machine that was used!!!! I opened the package to unpack and something wasn’t right!! The machine was already assembled nothing wrapped!! There were dry stains on the bowl and the electric cord was just wrapped around the mixer stand!! I thought stores were very cautious about returns with this COVID pandemic!!!!

    Hate it. Awkward to use …. Not tilting….. took it back to exchange and I was 16 days past point of purchase and not 14 days which is the time frame to take back and they didn’t do it. Not even exchange.

    This item sucked since day one and now i cant even exchange it. the speed selector doesn't work and the machine gets hot and turns off after about 40 seconds. I wouldn't suggest this mixer to anyone who does serious baking. also the bowl is extremely hard to put on.

    Unfortunately this item didn’t work out for me. Landed with a unit where the speed control for the mixer was broken. I called kitchen aid and they were kind enough to order a replacement. However the replacement is out of stock and there is no guarantee when it would ship) All in all not a pleasant experience

    This was a wedding gift.. was missing a foot on the unit. Went to use it on thanksgiving and stuff went everywhereeee. My pregnant fiancé was in tears as I laughed at how ridiculous the situation was.. hopefully this next one is complete. Was excited to finally be able to get this mixer.

    I did not research enough before purchase to see there was no tilt back capability. This makes use very difficult.

    This machine is a workhorse! I initially considered the model with a lift head but was swayed after reading the reviews for the bowl lift models stating that they were more powerful. I am glad I made this decision as the machine kneads bread dough without any issues.

    The box was open and I purchased NEW. Also there was no instruction manual just registration. I cannot register and review without knowing how to use it. I will review after you help me as this is the only way I know to get your attention!!!

    I have bought this machine when I left from store, I no have check inside the box then I gift for my sister when she open box she saw the machine has tear it label brand and wire eletronic no working . and it can not use . so this machine is not good . I'm so sad. because I bought $240 last month.

    mixer arrived broke. sounds like the motor grinding. support was great in issuing a replacement except for the fact that they don't have any in stock so we are a month out and still have no working mixer. wifes christmas gift was a bust.

    I bought this in Nov 2016 for our new house finally opened it after we moved into new house realized they have sent defective one I want to return it not sure if best buy accepts it it sucks to have a brand new one and not able to use because best buy sent you defective one

    Purchased a year ago. My bowl and attachments have visible rust on them. Not sure how. We never used it; it has been sitting on our kitchen counter as decoration from the box.

    They do not give you correct paddle you have to purchase it separately another 70 dollars you would think it should be included. Such a nice looking mixer but missing the correct most important part

    While I love Kitchenaid, my particular unit did not work correctly. Stir was fast speed and would shut off … Returning this unit. However, I must say, my Niece also got one of these units, and her unit is fantastic!

    This is the second mixer that has stopped working. Both mixers last for a year then the motor stops working. When the mixers work it works really well however the lifespan is is not worth the money.
