Got it home and it was defective. Purchased it because of the holiday baking. But returned it. They had no replacement for it. Very disappointed.

I bought it to make dough for breads This does not work at all for making a dough I tried putting water first or later Slow speed or fast

I just used it rarely, but it stoped working in one year. My husband fixed it. After that holder part is broken..! Disappointed..

Received without any beaters, whip or hook. Very disappointed. It looks like a returned product.

Unfortunately the mixer started to do weird sounds but I got a replacement

The bowl wasn't locking properly. Planning to return.

For the price it doesn't do a great job. You have to take the beaters off inside the bowl. It's doesn't tilt like I expect it to.

Use my mixer all the time! I have never had a problem with it. Love all the attachments I can by for it!

My mixer didn't work. I was sent a new one from the company and and they are taking back the broken one, all at no cost to me.

Great Mixer but seems really loud. Love the size of the bowl and mixer seems to be powerful much more than the 4 qt size but it sure is much louder than what I would expect to be

This KitchenAid stand mixer is the perfect compliment to my kitchen. I've already made 8 cakes, 2 breads, and a good 2 dozen sourdough biscuits since the purchase. I should have bought one of these years ago.

Broken right out of the box. Real nice Christmas present.

I love the discount price that I was able to get it at! I like that there is no tilt head and that it has such a large bowl. So glad I bought it! I also just love the color of it so it is decorative on my counter too!

3 years later and still works great. Only minor issue is that sometimes when it goes from off to 1, it doesnt turn on. I retry it and it works. I have used it about 4 times a week for 3 years and it is my favorite kitchen tool. I wish there were more bowl options, but its probably better that I dont have 6 bowl options.

Returned the mixer - couldn't get bowl attached. Didn't like the fixed head.

Defected item, seem used. Deceiving early delivery

(1) Clean the bowl very well prior to first use. A lot of people dislike it and say it's not worth it. - It's not quiet. You can forget about watching TV or listening to music peacefully while the mixer is doing its job. - But it works, and it's useful when you need to make bread, mashed potatoes, meatloaves, large batches of cookies, etc. - I recommend buying one when the price is low (~$200). And you can ask for price adjustment if Best Buy lowers the price after your purchase (There is a time limit). I hope the mixer lasts a long time, because I'm not using it as often as I had thought I would. I've had the mixer for 5-6 months so far.
