Bought for my mom, though we are both avid bakers and were very excited to try the mixer. We have always had tilt mixers, the stand mixer is a little different, but good in its iwn way. The bowl is much wider and allows to add ingredients easier and the bowl detaches and attaches quite eaaily as well. Very powerful, mixes well. Definitely reccomemd

I purchased this item for my wife for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. I read some reviews that stated it was a bit noisy but that is false. This mixer is perfect, powerful, and quiet.

This stand mixer is da bomb!! Of course, it's a KitchenAid..I have been using it weekly since getting it a month ago and I love the attachments option, and of course, the ease of use.

The color is nice but its in matte not glossy like red or black but quality is ofcourse really very nice of machine

It has lots of power and I like the large capacity bowl.

Works wonderful and does everything we want. The only problem I have which isn't much of one, is that that dough hook doesn't scrap the sides of the bowl

I bought this as a present to myself since I've wanted one for a long time, and all I can say is I did good for myself! This mixer is just what I needed to help with kneeding bread, making double batches of cookies, and mixing up hamballs for the holidays! I own one and gifted to my mother for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and has been using it often. I’ve not heard any complaints.

My daughter bought me this stand mixer for Christmas and I waiting on writing a review on it, to give it time for how much I have used it. I have to say, I'm extremely happy with this. For one, I have limited use of my hands and because I have this stand mixer, I'm back in the kitchen doing things I enjoy. I do recommend this product, because it's easy to use and very convenient for my condition and my baking needs.

My old KitchenAid is only a 325 watt motor and it had difficulty with large loads such as bread. This machine is much more robust and will handle larger batches and much thicker material such as bread dough. My old KitchenAid is still going after 22 years and I suspect that this one will follow me to the cemetery. Can not say enough good things about KitchenAid products. Five star recommendations are easy to give for this product. Also bought the cover which keeps dust off of the unit.

Finally broke down and went looking for a stand mixer. I found this model for $199.99 on sale here at Best Buy.com and could not pass up having a KitchenAid Mixer for that price! Received the mixer less than a week later, opened the box and was surprised at how big this mixer is! Best purchase ever! After thoroughly cleaning all the pieces, we set up the mixer and started making dough! WOW! What a machine! The wife and I are cooking up a storm all the time now, and by far,, the very best mashed potatoes one could ask for! Great purchase! Thanks you KitchAid and thanks BestBuy!
