This item is perfect for the summer. I used it for my daughters pool party and all the guest loved the idea of having shaved ice by the pool. I have had it for 2 years (since 2022) and use it during summer and other occasions. So far so good

The attachment is extremely easy to set up and use. Instructions are clear and imple to follow. Been using this product regularly for a couple of months and results are very consistent without any problems. When making standard shaved ice with water (and not with juices), there is no real cleaning needed, just place the pieces on a drying rack. There are only four puck molds, but you can freeze multiple ahead of time and make a small cache before having guests over. We found one puck to be perfect for two servings, but you also dont need to make a full puck. A couple of millimeters of each puck are left unshaved, so keep that in mind when adjusting how much water to add when making smaller serving size pucks.

This is such a fun attachment! The fine blade makes great snow cones and the coarse blade seems like it would be great for frozen drinks. It's also very quick! I do wish the containers to make the ice blocks were a little more robust. I dropped a frozen one and it immediately cracked. We got 1-2 snow cones per block but it's pretty easy to make them ahead of time and store in the freezer. Would definitely recommend and might buy a few more as gifts.

I have only used this 2 times but it definitely works well. The instructions say to let the ice sit out for 10 minutes before you can get it out of the freeze container but I found you can just run it under hot water for about 10 seconds and it’s good to go.

We use this weekly to make frozen icy drinks ans slushies. So easy to use and clean.

Absolutely love it. This thing shaves ice in seconds. I just wish it came with more cups for the ice. Super easy to use. A must for frozen treat lovers.

This shaved iced attachment for the kitchen aid mixer is a must have if you have little kids! Works great for snow cones! And adult beverages! Definitely worth the money

The fine blade is very good for snow treats. Consistency appears snow like (similar to fancy ones that you can buy) but becomes more crystalline when you add flavored syrup. Easy setup and one ice puck is good for a 16oz cup. Overall, a good value and decent quality (as others mentioned, wish it wasn’t mostly plastic….though seems well made).

I got this to make some shave ice at home wish it really works just the ice is super thin as te other industrial ones. comparing this one with a professional one this one is half cheaper wish I am ok.

Easy to connect, use, and clean up. My family has used it enough that it’s paid for itself by us not going out to pick up dessert. It can be a healthy alternative over ice cream, if you don’t over do it with the add ons or toppings. Great treat to beat the heat!

Kids use it almost every day. Only downfall is that you have to make the puck molds to use.

This is one of the most enjoyable attachments for the standing mixer. Fast way to get shaved ice. Used it to make yummy Filipino halo-halo and iskrambol.

Great!! I just use any fruit juice from the refrigerated section to make my version of Italian shaved ice. Its cheaper than buying it from the frozen section of the grocery store.

Great substitute for Asian shaved ice dessert. Definitely not a snow cone machine.
