Maybe it is because the mixing bowl is smaller but it doesn't seem to mix on as low a speed as my other one and sloshes everything out of the bowl. I'm disappointed in it.

This is my second mixer and the first one would never get hot. Very bummed because I've only had it for 3 months and it's no longer returnable.
