    This mixer is not heavy duty. If you are going to mix heavier dough, like cookie dough, this mixer is probably not what you are looking for. It does a great job on lighter items like egg whites and whipped cream.

    Thing is great for doing cookie batter with kids, wouldn't try to use it on some real thick heavy pizza dough or anything but works great for what I needed it for.
