I am replacing an old hand mixer that could not handle a thick batter filled with trail mix for cookies. We first used this on something light for a banana pudding recipe that required whisking heavy whipping cream. It did the job and provided ample speeds. I love the low speed and the fact that it didn’t splatter everywhere when starting. Even at higher speeds it did not splatter everywhere.

If like me you live in a city with a limited spaced kitchen in an apartment, this a perfect substitute for the larger mixers. Sadly I had to sell my larger mixer, but this has been more than adequate to do what I need it to do. Just requires a little more work that's all.

Great brand. Used only once so far BUT very pleased with the size and compactness. Was thinking of a standing blender as well but found them cost prohibitive. Hand mixer attachments seemed flimsy but were perfect and minimal compared to other attachments and much easier to clean
