The reason for 3 stars: 1- Lack of connected storage box or on the body of the mixer for the accessories. 2- Limited high speed due to weak motor. 3- Product value for the price. 4- The electrical wire cannot be stored or retracted. The positive is the ability to start at low speed preventing the ingredients from flying around.

My wife needed a replacement hand mixer and this fit the bill. It's exactly as it implies, a hand mixer. This made short work of salad dressings, batter, whip cream and fluffing egg whites. A little more expensive than other hand mixers on the market but the name kitchenaid commands a premium.

just used this and right off, I could tell it had more power than my previous mixers...I am very pleased with this purchase and the price was perfect. Great product!

replaced an old kitchenaid mixer. This one is even better. Better choice of settings, Has worked great on the potatoes and batter we have used it on.

We got a Kitchen Aid mixer before in the early 1990 and loved it till we dropped it one to many times. It still worked but had parts rattling inside. I saw this mixer and just had to get it.

This is the 3rd Kitchenaid hand mixer purchased for gifts. Its a great little mixer for the money and comes in fun colors. Until you have the space and budget for the Kitchenaid stand mixer, this is a good substitute.
