    The motor has plenty of torque for T H I C C, south american style pancakes. Very quiet as well. Well worth the investment.

    I love the kitchen aid 5 speed hand mixer. I made cream cheese frosting with it, and it worked so smooth and easy. No cheese lumps in it. It is the best hand mixer I ever had. It was also on sale which made it a good price too.

    My granddaughter loved this mixer..It was able to mix thick cookie dough, multiple ingredient meatloaf mix, without straining or slowing down. Great purchase for my birthday one.
