We use it to mix and mash potatoes. It is powerful and versatile. The only thing we would change is make it cordless! That would increase its ease of use.

And now there seems to be nothing I can't use it for. I absolutely love my mixing wand and look for ways to use it in my cooking whenever I can

Great hand mixer for liquids

This was the first I've had like this, and learned you want whatever you are mixing to have a good amount of liquid. I tried using this when making mashed cauliflower after boiling the cauliflower and it couldn't mix well. But with shakes and soups it's been great. It's a time saver when it fits the job.
