Its great for soups and smoothies, would definitely recommend. It wouldnt do the job though unless veggies are cooked super soft.

I have this one for the lake house and the one at home is cordless. I actually prefer the corded one better. I assume the cordless one will one day not take a charge! Regardless these work better for the kids milkshakes over a blender!

I bought this for my wife as a gift. She says it is everything she wanted in an immersion blender. I absolutely love it, she says. She says it is super easy to use and super easy to clean. You can use it in the same pot you are cooking in without transferring to another pot and dirty another pot.

Absolutely love this emergent blender. This is a very powerful piece of equipment. I was not sure I would like it because of the size and weight. I love it, this blender make short work out of big jobs. *****

Love this thing. It is better for soups than mashed potatoes so be aware unless you want potato soup

Bought this to replace a cheaper version from a big box store. This immersion blender is the bomb.com. Heavy duty and it comes apart to store more compactly.

The hand blender is easy to use and is very powerful for such a little device

This thing is sweet! It's cordless & it has multiple purposes. It holds a charge decently so far. It doesn't take super long to charge to usable battery level. It seems to be of decent quality.

Use this device mainly to make pure aide my soups, and to make my mix fruit drinks. Easy to hold love the addition cup with a lid that comes with the unit it helps to blend my drinks also seal and store the mixture in the refrigerator

Works very well for it's purpose. Quality product. This is my second purchase of this product as a gift. My first one is still working great!
