Very unimpressed with this sound bar , I bought one based on positive reviews about the sound this bar puts out. There was almost next nothing good about the sound Klipsch is known for. By pass this one for sure. I returned mine.

total junk. Started crackling within first year. Klipsch will not help or honor a warrantee.
Many hours of calls and emails and lousy suggestions and now they stopped communicating with me. I will NEVER buy KLIPSCH ever again!

The product is amazing unfortunately your pickup process is horrible. I ordered online and put my daughter as the pick up person. They acknowledged her name was on the order but refused to give her the package, telling her that only the person that ordered the item can pick it up. After confirming with a manager the rep told her this was company policy. With this being a time sensitive purchase, I had to leave work early to pick it up. When I got there they seem to have no explanation as to why this happened.

While the sound quality is good for music, this is NOT good for connecting to a TV. The bass overtakes the sound and you cannot understand the voices if there is a music track along with the movie or show. It was also not easy to connect to the TV unless you use the bluetooth, which then caused problems on the voices syncing - causing delays where lips would move before you'd hear the voices.

Klipsh makes speakers and has been doing it for years. Is that a reason to trust them with a sound bar? Maybe. While this is not a replacement for a full home theatre system, it provides a well balanced sound for video. There’s a dialog enhancer which boosts the frequencies most voices use and a night mode to cut down on dynamic range. The inputs allow for flexibly connecting with your TV. It will connect through optical, HDMI ARC, or via Blutooth. The sound is about the same in all modes.
I set up the soundbar on a 2nd TV I had which didn’t have much else. On it’s own, this soundbar definitely brings more clarity and a wider separation than my Hisense TV alone. While it’s nicer, it doesn’t add much extra bass. To get a full bodied sound, it helps to hook it up to a subwoofer, at least in my room. I used one that used to be part of my home theater and it made a huge difference. I didn’t get the wireless surround speakers and unfortunately, there’s no simulated surround sound mode.
As the core of a system, it’s a good start. It’s much more cost effective than getting an amp + speakers + mounts, etc. It provides 70% of the home theatre experience at 25% of the price. It also has nice capabilities to expand when your budget allows for it. It’s not an end on its own, just a path to get there.
