||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is amazing unfortunately your pickup process is horrible. I ordered online and put my daughter as the pick up person. They acknowledged her name was on the order but refused to give her the package, telling her that only the person that ordered the item can pick it up. After confirming with a manager the rep told her this was company policy. With this being a time sensitive purchase, I had to leave work early to pick it up. When I got there they seem to have no explanation as to why this happened.

Not good for TV sound if you want to hear voices

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the sound quality is good for music, this is NOT good for connecting to a TV. The bass overtakes the sound and you cannot understand the voices if there is a music track along with the movie or show. It was also not easy to connect to the TV unless you use the bluetooth, which then caused problems on the voices syncing - causing delays where lips would move before you'd hear the voices.

DO NOT BUY KLIPSCH JUNK!

Many hours of calls and emails and lousy suggestions and now they stopped communicating with me. I will NEVER buy KLIPSCH ever again!
