The Klipsch sound machine, named after Miami!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first experience with a Klipsch product was hearing a vintage pair of Klipschorns. Unlike anything out there, those speakers could cast a spell over you. Drawing you in at the same time as filling a room with sound with so little wattage expended, was part of their charm as well as a necessity. That motivation of striving for efficiency is carried on in this reviewed product. Mr. Klipsch’s contemporaries may have at one time considered designs such as this, “heresy”. He would probably in the context of modernity, admit that the progeny of his designs has now given birth to yet another consequential generation. This model is the middle size in a series of three products named for three cities, Vegas, Miami and New York. The Miami features dual 5 ¼” woofers that are partially horn-loaded (and also ported) for efficiency, along with a horn-loaded tweeter that is all built into a case that is designed for efficiency, portability, durability, flexibility and fun! The case has rear trolley wheels, an extendable handle like a carry-on suitcase, a beefy handle for lifting and a pole-mount tucked underneath for an optional speaker stand to elevate the speaker for unobstructed propagation. The pole mount works well, if not a little oversized as used with a Stellar brand pole mount. There are also four short feet and pads on each of the two long sides of the case to allow for side placement. The heft and general shape of the case are reminiscent of a professional stage monitor. There is an optional RGB light show on the front and sides for when the occasion calls for it and you need to burn up that battery power faster! Actually, the battery time for no lights, is about 18 hours and with lights, about 10 hours. No idea how loud you can play it for that time period or what light settings might burn up more power, but it is probably reasonably loud and sufficiently colorful for those time periods. It also doesn’t hurt that it has an IPX4 splash rating for those unexpected champagne-smashing ship launches, the start of a little spring shower or pool splashes from a Luna or Ollie jumping in a pool. Fun facts on the capabilities of this unit include a typical snoopy, intrusive app that can control this unit or multiple linked units from a distance, adding convenience and control. Options within the 5.2 version Bluetooth connection for linking more speakers, include a stereo mode and a broadcast mode in mono that can include numerous devices. The app is also needed to make equalization preset changes or create a customized setting. There is an included, hand-held, corded microphone that plugs in and can be volume-controlled relative to music played and has echo effects available to sing along karaoke-style or for use while DJing. An additional instrument input is also included so you can busk away on sidewalks or parks while singing out your heartfelt songs. There are on-board tone controls for the microphone and an Ultra Bass button that adds just a bit more lower bass to any input. Sampled sounds of an air horn, record scratch effects and audience applause are available at the touch of a button, from both the app and the front panel, just in case you need to prime the pump a little in your DJ pursuits. Additional front panel controls include a big ol’ volume control, a light mode knob, Bluetooth controls, battery power indicators and an input selection switch. On the back of the unit are ¼” input connectors and gain controls for an instrument and a microphone as well as an auxiliary input and auxiliary output via 1/8” stereo connectors. Unfortunately, the microphone doesn’t utilize an XLR connector that would be more reliable and versatile. I can’t imagine that the microphone will still be around past a few dramatic mic-drops or tugs on the cable, as the strain relief looks very weak, but who knows. Some brands of this type of product offer wireless microphone capability, but you can always add that after-purchase if needed. Lastly, there is a USB A connector capable of 5V/2.1 amp charging capacity and is also useful for updating the firmware as well as playing MP3 and WAV audio files all relying on use of a FAT-32 formatted drive. Both rear-facing connector panels are protected by rubberized-covers when not in use, that pivot away for access to controls and connections and will protect the connections from splashes, etc. when properly in place. The lettering is a bit hard to read inside that connector panel compartment, so it would certainly be an improvement if there was contrasting lettering to make it more readable. The power cord is about five feet in length, which seems a bit short, but we have to keep in mind that the battery power is the star here, so short shrift to shorty, I guess. First person impressions of the unit are that it is very substantially built, weighing in at over 40 pounds, but has a few surprising shortcomings. Most noticeable is that the handle, when extended, seems unsubstantial in contrast. With care, it probably will last, but I would fear that one mistake might break it, although it seems at least as substantial as what is included with most luggage that have these types of handles. Also, in regard to the design of the top of the unit, it surprises me that the volume and light controls are designed sunken into the panel as opposed to standing proud of the panel, so that it would discourage moisture from collecting around the controls and potentially lead to soaking into the electronics. Also, a moisture relief path molded into the top panel to allow moisture to vacate efficiently, rather than hang around uninvited, would be useful as well. The sound quality of the unit straight out of the box was very impressive. It goes louder than I would have expected for a pair of 5 1/4” drivers while keeping the frequency spectrum pretty consistent. The app’s controls allow fine tuning with Bass, Mid and Treble controls to customize the sound, or use four other predetermined presets. The presumably high impedance, unbalanced, wired microphone works well, but would benefit from having a longer cord. The high impedance connection might allow for a low-cost user substitution of a wireless system in the future. The echo and front panel equalization controls worked well. However, the level of the microphone and instrument inputs will need to be balanced with the somewhat fixed level of the three sampled sound effects available. I like this product. It is versatile and sounds great for its format type and has a quality feature set to appeal to a broad range of users. The engineering of gain settings, tonal apportions, utilization of acoustic horn properties of both the tweeter and bass driver’s mounting as a distant homage to the founder’s original corner horn styles and patents, strikes a thoughtful balance of utilizing traditional and tested engineering methods with modern technology.

Big music, karaoke on the go, party vibes
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth party speaker immediately gives off a premium PA and karaoke‑style vibe the moment you unbox it. It has a solid, confident heft without being unmanageable, and the overall design looks like something meant for serious parties and events rather than a basic portable speaker. The extendable handle, easy‑rolling wheels, and offset rubber feet even let you set it on its side if you prefer, which makes it feel more like professional gear than just a Bluetooth speaker. Build quality and practicality are clearly a big focus. The weatherproof coverings over the power adapter input and mic input are a thoughtful touch that helps protect the connections if you are using it in areas where it might be exposed to splashes or dust. Rolling it around is effortless thanks to the suitcase‑style handle and wheels, so moving it from room to room or out onto the patio is quick and painless. For a speaker with this much presence and output, the overall portability is very impressive. On the control side, Klipsch did a great job keeping everything intuitive and easy to use. All of the knobs and buttons are laid out logically, so adjusting volume, mic levels, bass, treble, and other settings feels natural even the first time you use it. There are also dedicated controls for fun DJ‑style sound effects like a horn, record scratch, and crowd applause, which was a cool surprise and instantly adds energy to parties, karaoke sessions, or game nights. You can also take control of the Klipsch Miami Music City speaker straight from your phone using the Klipsch app. Through the app, it is easy to wirelessly adjust the EQ, trigger or tweak sound effects, change RGB lighting effects, control volume, and switch between inputs without needing to be right next to the speaker. Sound quality is where this speaker really shows off. It delivers pure, powerful audio with adjustable EQ settings and a dedicated bass boost that makes music hit hard without turning into mud. This speaker truly thumps, filling a room or outdoor space with rich sound that carries well and stays clear even at higher volumes. Whether you are playing upbeat dance tracks, rock, or more vocal‑heavy music, it handles everything confidently. The included microphone takes it from being just a loud Bluetooth speaker to a full party and karaoke system. Speaking and singing through the mic sounds clean, and having it ready to go out of the box makes it easy to start a karaoke session or make announcements at gatherings. Combined with the DJ effects and strong audio performance, it becomes a centerpiece for parties rather than just background sound. Battery life is another standout feature. On top of everything else it offers, the long‑lasting battery makes this speaker extremely portable and reliable for events where you might not want to be tethered to a power outlet. Being able to roll it out, fire it up, and run it for extended periods on battery alone really adds to the versatility and makes it a go to option for both indoor and outdoor use. If there are a few small wishes for future versions, it would be great to see a second microphone included along with an additional mic input so two people can sing or speak at once without needing extra hardware. A built‑in storage hook or dedicated spot for both the microphone and power adapter would also be very helpful for keeping everything together when moving or storing the speaker. Even with these minor wants, the Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth party speaker stands out as an excellent, feature packed party solution that combines premium build, powerful sound, and true portability in one impressive package.

Perfect for the neighborhood party
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had music going from about 3 to 11 before it died, I probably should have paid better attention to the battery but I plugged it into my extra battery pack I had out there for charging up phones (800Whr battery) and less then a min later we were operational again. We had the volume at about 24% and it was perfect for our culdesac party with 50 some odd people, fireworks, food and tunes that sounded fantastic and you didn’t have to try to blow out the speakers for it to be heard clearly. The sound on this is clear and wonderful. The music was balanced, crisp while still feeling that bass. I have a speaker stand that I put it on (it has a hole on the bottom for it) to keep the volume controls out of reach of kids and I have a wireless mic that I used for getting people attention when it was time to eat. My neighbor had the tunes and connected his phone to it via Bluetooth and it kept the connection nice and strong even when he walked back to his house sometimes. There was two times where it sounded like he was walking away too far but he wasn’t, it was just some kind of Bluetooth hiccup. Using it around the house I hadn’t run into that issue and it was gone before I needed to look into why, and I’m not really worried, if I wanted to use this at a more formal event where that type of connection hiccup wasn’t acceptable, I would just use the Aux input in to the back from an actual mixer. This has an Aux in (3.5mm and 1/4inch) as well as a Aux out (only 3.5mm) and a mic in (1/4 inch) I did test the Aux out and if you are wanting to mix speakers (say if you don’t have another Miami) you can use the Aux out to another speaker. There is a USB port that I have charged a phone from. I love the design and size and the amount of control on it. This really hits everything I want in a speaker for neighborhood or larger family events. The microphone that comes with it is good, but it is hard wire (no XLR port) and a short cord so I think it’s almost more of a proof on concept microphone than the one you maybe want to use unless you just want to make it easy for your kids to play with it. I have a mic mixer so more than one kid can use a microphone at a time and that just plugs into the mic input and then I’m done. One interesting thing was that when someone else connected their Bluetooth to the speaker, my phone still has control of the app, and I have to re pair the Bluetooth if I want to play music but I retain control over the app connection so I can mess with the volume and stuff even if I’m not running the music, which I found awesome. I really appreciate the way the Bluetooth functions on this with the two types of Bluetooth connections, one control and one music. Overall, this speaker hit the spot for exactly what I want and need. I think the only thing that might have made this better is one more speaker and trying out the pairing and stereo features.

Welcome to Miami (Bienvenidos a Miami)
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch Miami Speaker is a noise complaint in a box; this speaker gets loud. While the volume levels are impressive, it is the overall sound quality that blew me away. Just calling this a party speaker feels a bit dismissive. The Miami could double as a karaoke machine with hookups and adjustment dials for a microphone and a guitar. Multiple speakers can be linked to provide stereo sound. This is an excellent party speaker, and I cannot recommend it enough. Unboxing: Klipsch includes the speaker, the charging cable, and a microphone. Experience: Out of the box you realize the build quality on this speaker is next level. This speaker has a rugged build to it. Textured rubber that does not show smudges or fingerprints. The metal grill and accent lighting look fantastic. The sides have rubber pads. You can place the speaker on its sides if you choose. You can pole mount the speaker as well. This gets loud. Very loud. I could not crank it up all the way in the house because the volume simply became too much. But amazingly, even at higher volume levels, the speaker still sounds great. Many speakers get distorted at higher volume levels, but Miami impressively does not. If you decide that you need to change the audio EQ or adjust the lighting, Klipsch has a Klipsch Connect application for your Android or iOS device. Connecting to the speaker for purposes of the app is different than connecting to the speaker to broadcast music. It is possible to have one device controlling the EQ and lighting while another phone is playing to the speaker through Bluetooth. You can even pair multiple speakers together for stereo or broadcast to other Klipsch speakers either in the app or through the controls on top. The top of the speaker houses various knobs and controls. It is straight forward. In addition, Klipsch has included a slot for your phone or tablet should you want to set up Karaoke with the included microphone. This speaker is not light. Thankfully, Klipsch has included wheels and a luggage style pull handle. I only have two real critiques of the speaker. First critique is that I wish the Miami were waterproof. At best, it is splash resistant. But you should be careful with the speaker on rainy days or by the pool. Second major critique is that battery life could be better. The higher the volume, the quicker the battery drain. Klipsch advertises 10 hours with lights on and 18 with lights off, but those numbers decrease a bit when using the speaker at louder volume levels. Conclusion: Klipsch has created a solid party speaker. In terms of sound quality, it sounds amazing with just the right amount of punch. Lighting effects and build quality are top notch. My only real complaints are battery life and waterproofing. Still, if you are in the market for a speaker, this is one you should check out. 4.5/5

Aesthetically pleasing & acoustically excellent!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start this review, I want to come right out and say that this speaker looks amazing, not overly gaudy or silly looking like some party speakers. It fits the professional aesthetic of a standard professional-grade speaker and can turn the lights off, but it can also light up to match the mood of the gathering! It is quite a large speaker at over 40 pounds, but it makes great use of a built-in collapsible handle, secondary hard handle, and wheels to make mobility with this a breeze. Furthermore, it even has compatibility with pole mounts! Of this Klipsch party speaker lineup, I believe that this Miami probably has the most versatility and reasonable use cases for general user as compared to the New York and Vegas variants. This speaker honestly has versatility and outstanding performance in so many areas that I think should interest most music enthusiasts. Most things you can think about doing with this speaker, it will do for you. Simple Bluetooth connection to music for your phone or other devices? Check. Two 1/4" inputs for the included wired microphone and an instrument, like an electric guitar? Check. Auxiliary output for daisy-chaining speakers? Check. Built-in battery for wireless music play and plugged-in play as well? Check. The list truly does go on too! Altogether, when it comes to the different purposes a speaker like this can serve, this has you covered. While the included microphone is wired, I am sure this would have no problem with wireless microphone capability like many of the 1/4” wireless variants that are out there on the market. This speaker gets LOUD. It has a peak volume of 105 dB, which, for context, is the peak volume level allowed at many concerts and live shows. Therefore, for a nice party in the park, a backyard, or even a pretty decent-sized auditorium, this speaker should have enough volume to deliver music and vocals alike to attendees’ ears. The horn-loaded tweeter and two 5.25” woofers do serious heavy lifting to bring out some of the best aspects of the music. Overall, I am very pleased with this speaker. It is top notch for some really great uses and is going to help this summer be fun and rocking with our music!

Definitely a party in a box.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker (Black) is solidly built. It's built to take the party wherever you are. With a retractable handle and wheels, you can take it on the go. It weighs 40 lbs, so it is not too heavy. But the wheels solve that problem. The sound from this speaker is crisp, and the bass is deep. The loud horns and 5.25 woofer do the job. You can use it on the battery, or you can plug it up so the party is limitless. I love that you can control it from your phone or from the speaker. The Klipsch app is great and lets you control the speaker's lights. The party link lets you add another speaker to the party. The lights are nice, but you get better battery life with them turned off. Lasts about 18 hours without lights. But with five light modes. And with multiple color options, you will want them turned on. And if you want to pump up the jams, the ultra bass is spectacular. That app also has EQ controls. And you also get hype buttons such as a horn of scratch and cheers from the crowd. If you're looking for some good times this summer, this is the one you want. Because it also comes with a microphone for a sing-along jam session. So get a boost with your summer fun and grab one.

Klipsch showed up and showed out with this one!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch Miami is a great nod towards the city, embodying the light, sound stage and vibe worthy of the name is carries. Pros: • Includes a wired mic. When we have family gatherings we usually have games (e.g. BINGO), contests (e.g. dance offs, talent shows) and of course announcements/raffles going on so this is great for this. Beyond that, we have a lot of musicians in the family and bam - right there on the back is a port to plug in a guitar as well! • This thing is massive! And is built like a tank. But worry not, it comes with wheels and a luggage-type handle where it can be rolled. • I thought the tablet holder on the top was a slick addition. Great for karaoke! • The controls on the speaker itself are well-laid out and labeled, but to be honest, the app is the better way to go since you can control these things remotely and who doesn't want to be able to sound the airhorn or clapping sound effects unexpectedly haha. • There is a button (and option in the app) to stereo pair an additional Miami. There's also an option for streaming which shows three speakers so it looks like whether you want to go stereo or full surround, Klipsch has you covered **note: I only had this one speaker so I did not get to test this out** • There's a pole mount option as well and this speaker is IPX4 (splash) rated so on pool days, we can have it out and lifted a little higher off the ground to prevent it getting too wet. • The Klipsch app also has support for EQs (flat, vocal, bass, rock and custom with options to adjust bass, mid and treble). You can also see the different lighting options with animations and control what colors are used. • The battery lasted quite a bit longer with the lighting disabled, so you may take that into consideration. It does charge up quite quickly and we usually have a generator (if we're out in the park) or an outlet (if we're in the backyard around the pool) that we can run to the speaker for continuous power, but I guess if you're on the go (like at a beach) that would be nice to know. Cons: • Klipsch literally thought of everything so I really had to dig for a con. If I had to be picky, I would say the USB port is the only one I could think of. In 2026, it should include USB-C instead of USB-A since USB-A is mostly on its way out and you're more likely to find a USB-C thumb drive over a USB-A. It would also enable faster charging for phones and tablets. But even in that con there's still a Pro which is that music can be played directly off a flash drive from this port. Since it's bluetooth it's probably equally as easy to just pair different peoples phones to it at family functions. But I had music duty at a wedding and this would've been pretty cool for that application because the way they did it required someones phone to be plugged in and near the speaker and even if you were bluetooth theres still a risk of you forgetting that you're streaming the music and the second you go to naturally scroll on Instagram, etc. awkward moment haha. Nice to Know • This thing is heavy. Like 40+ pounds, but again - comes with wheels! But they also include a carrying handle with a very nice touch to it that you likely won't be using. • The sound is amazing! Klipsch has been in audio forever and I've had their computer speakers before and a sound bar. The mids and highs are well done enough to make music feel like you're at a live performance. The bass was good, but I prefer a deeper bass personally. There is an ultra bass option but in my opinion the difference between it being toggled on/off was mild at best.

Loud, Durable Backyard Speaker, Just Kind of Heavy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up the Klipsch Miami Music City Party Speaker because I wanted something that could handle backyard hangouts and pool days with my family without sounding like a cheap portable speaker. First impressions were good. It is a hefty, well built unit that looks like it means business right out of the box, and it does not take long to figure out this thing was made for actual use, not just sitting pretty on a shelf. Day to day, we mostly use it in the backyard and around the pool for weekend get togethers. My kids are absolutely obsessed with it. The RGB light show turns a random Tuesday evening into a mini dance party, and my youngest has discovered the built in DJ sound effects, so now I get random air horns and record scratches in the middle of dinner. It is annoying in the best possible way. The trolley wheels and retractable handle make more sense once you actually live with the speaker for a while. Dragging it from the garage to the patio without throwing out your back is a real quality of life upgrade, especially if you are setting up and tearing down often like we do. Battery life is one of the standout features for us. I have run this thing for full afternoons into evenings, lights and music going the whole time, without ever thinking about where the charger is. That kind of reliability matters a lot when you have kids running around and the last thing you want to deal with is a dead speaker mid party. As for sound, loud is an understatement. This speaker fills a backyard with room to spare and still sounds clean even when you push the volume up. The horn loaded tweeter and dual woofers do real work here, the bass hits hard without falling apart or turning muddy at higher volumes. It is genuinely impressive for something that is portable enough to wheel around your yard. Durability has been another strong point. Between pool splashes, kids bumping into it, and general backyard chaos, it has held up without a scratch that actually matters. The IPX4 splash resistance gives me some peace of mind too, since we are usually within a few feet of the pool when it is playing. If I had to name one downside, it is the weight. This is not something you want to carry very far by hand. Once you are off pavement or dealing with stairs, the wheels stop helping and you feel every pound of it. It is not a dealbreaker for how we use it, but it is worth knowing going in, especially if your setup is not wheel friendly or involves a lot of lifting. Overall, if you have a family that likes music outside, or you host anything from backyard barbecues to pool days, this speaker earns its spot. It is loud, tough, and lasts basically all day on a single charge, and my kids treat it like their own personal DJ booth. Just plan on rolling it around rather than carrying it, because you will notice the heft if you try. For anyone who wants serious sound in a speaker built to actually take a beating, I would recommend this one without much hesitation. It has become a regular part of how we spend time outside as a family, and that says a lot more than any spec sheet.

Bold and Beautiful, rich sound, great features!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my review of the Klipsch Miami party speaker, and WOW! Did this ever blow me away! This is a fully contained party-in-a-box, with an included microphone with a 10 foot cord, input jacks for a guitar, USB drive, and audio input jack that you could connect to your PC or other device with an audio out jack. Of course, the main way you would connect to the speaker is via Bluetooth, which is how I used the device (along with the microphone). While not necessary to use the speaker, I highly recommend downloading the Klipsch Connect Plus app to your phone. This gives you control of the inputs, volume, 3 band equalizer, various sound effects (applause, record scratching, and airhorn), and the lighting effects, which you can customize somewhat. If using Spotify as your music source, you can use the app to pause or skip to the next or previous song as well. The highlight of the Klipsch Miami speaker is by far the amazing clarity of the speaker system itself. Even at full volume, the sound stays exceedingly crisp, with no distortion at all. With two 5 ¼ inch woofers and the horn tweeter in the center, this speaker packs a huge punch at high volume. Your most rambunctious party isn’t going to overpower the sound coming through this guy, especially with ULTRA BASS enabled which adds just the right amount of extra oomph. The system weighs in at over 40lbs, which speaks to the quality of the amplifier and speakers enclosed within. It has a telescopic, locking handle for ease of transport. It has a built in battery which will last up to 18 hours if you turn the lighting function off or 10 hours with the light show activated, livening up the atmosphere. The Klipsch Miami has some smaller features that are really a nice touch. On the top is an indentation intended to hold your phone or tablet, which is great when using this for karaoke. While you wouldn’t want to subject the speaker to a driving rain, it does have an IPX4 water resistance rating, so using this pool side and having it get splashed on won’t be an issue. You can “daisy chain” multiple speakers together using Party Link to cover larger areas. Finally, at the bottom of the speaker is a pole mount, so if you want to get the speaker up in the air for better sound transmission, you can do that. Overall, I think the Klipsch Miami is the perfect fit for a number of audiences: Perfect for a DJ, solo musician, or anyone who wants to entertain a large gathering. It sounds amazing, is easily portable, has a decent battery life especially for a speaker of this size, and has a very confidence-inspiring weight and overall quality to it. I highly recommend the Klipsch Miami, and look forward to continuing using this as my poolside speaker, it’s just awesome!

Awesome Speaker!!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker for some time now, and it is amazing. The setup was quick and simple, and I was impressed right away by how crisp, clear, and loud the sound is. It delivers the kind of big, powerful audio that makes music feel exciting, whether I am using it indoors, outdoors, or for a gathering. One of my favorite features is the built-in Ultra Bass. With just the press of the Ultra Bass button, the low frequencies deepen and intensify, giving the music more impact. I also like that the EQ settings can be customized in the Klipsch Connect Plus app, making it easy to adjust the sound the way I want. The speaker already sounds great, but the ability to fine-tune the bass and overall audio makes it even better. The RGB lighting is another great touch. The light show on the front and sides adds a fun party atmosphere, and the app-controlled presets make it easy to choose different colors and patterns. It makes the speaker feel more energetic and entertaining, especially when music is playing loud and the lights are on. I also appreciate the long battery life. With up to 18 hours of playback without lights and up to 10 hours with lights on, the Klipsch Miami is built to keep the party going. I do not have to worry about constantly charging it, which makes it convenient for longer outdoor use. The design is also very practical. The durable trolley wheels and built-in handle make it easy to move from place to place. Wherever I want the music, the speaker can come with me. It feels solid and ready for real use, not just something that has to stay in one spot. Another feature I really like is the built-in microphone and ¼-inch instrument input. This makes the speaker great for karaoke nights, small jam sessions, or just having fun with friends and family. The bass, treble, and echo adjustments add even more control and make the experience more enjoyable. Overall, the Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker is an excellent party speaker. It has a loud, crisp sound, powerful bass, fun lighting, strong battery life, easy portability, and great features for karaoke or live music. It is a speaker that brings energy, quality, and excitement wherever it goes.

Powerful sound and so fun!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Klipsch Miami Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker arrived extremely well‑packaged, with plenty of padding to protect it during shipping. Once unboxed, the first impression is a big “wow” — this thing is robust, solid, and clearly built with high‑quality materials. It feels like a true party speaker, not a lightweight toy. Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy with my phone, though it didn’t connect to my husband’s older device. Once connected, the sound quality is nothing short of fantastic. The speaker delivers powerful bass, crisp treble, and clear vocals with no interference. The built‑in controls make it easy to adjust bass and treble right from the top panel, and everything is laid out in a straightforward, intuitive way. This model includes a microphone input for karaoke or announcements, an instrument input jack for live music, and built‑in party lights that add a fun atmosphere. Klipsch also added playful sound effects — air horn, applause, and record scratching — which are surprisingly entertaining and perfect for parties or outdoor gatherings. Portability is another strong point. The collapsible handle and wheels make it easy to roll outside while we’re working and then bring it back in at night. The power plug even has a protective cover when not in use, which is a thoughtful touch for outdoor use. In terms of specs, the speaker features Bluetooth wireless streaming, multiple input options (microphone and instrument), onboard sound‑effect buttons, adjustable bass and treble, and integrated LED lighting. The top‑mounted control panel keeps everything accessible, and the rugged build paired with the rolling handle makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Overall, the Klipsch Miami Music City Party Speaker is a powerful, fun, and incredibly versatile unit. Whether you’re hosting a gathering, doing karaoke, playing music outside, or just want room‑filling sound, this speaker delivers in every way. Powerful sound and a lot of fun!

Best Party speaker!

Meeting all our needs. Its a portable speaker. Its quite large and loud! So first feature to mention, are the wheels. this makes moving it around alot easier. While the speaker isn't overly heavy. its easier for the kids to wheel it around. They take this to the pool now instead of their smaller speaker. 2nd option - Karaeoke - my daughter loves to sing - other speakers have a port and good luck - this speaker give some controls to the experience - mic gain, bass, treble, and even echo! There are some fun little effects you can use with a button! FUN! Mic is included!!! 3rd big feature - battery - no need to find an outlet. The battery lasted alll day at the pool. there is an indicator to know how much you have and charging There are other functions that may be a factor - there are pole mounting on the bottom, extension handle for rolling easier(like a suitcase). And 5 differnt lighting options(color, strobe, Logo, etc) Volume is really good. Able to be loud enough over pool splashing and running around and filled the entire area. You can connect in party mode if you have more than one as well. You still have all your typical ports - bluetoogh, USB(charge your phone), auxin, microphone and even allows 2 or musical instrument(unit shows a guitar). each with its own gain to equalize! Does have bass/treble controls on the unit. But EQ options for finer control in the app.

Big Speaker, Bigger Sound!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Klipsch Miami Music City Party Speaker for a few days now, and the first thing that stands out to me is just how big it is. This isn’t a Bluetooth speaker you’re going to toss in a backpack. At around 40 pounds, it’s definitely made for parties, garages, backyards, or other places where you want plenty of sound. Thankfully, Klipsch added built-in wheels and a sturdy handle, so moving it around is a lot easier than trying to carry it. I found myself rolling it around most of the time. The build quality feels solid. The matte plastic finish doesn’t attract fingerprints, and the metal grille gives it a really nice finished look. I also liked that you can stand it upright or lay it on its side thanks to the rubber anti-slip pads. Also, the built-in slot on top for a phone or tablet is a nice feature that I ended up using more than I expected. Getting everything set up couldn’t have been easier. Pairing over Bluetooth only took a minute, and the Klipsch Connect Plus app found the speaker right away when adding it. The complementary app is easy to navigate and lets you control the volume, playback, EQ settings, lighting effects, and even shows the remaining battery percentage. If you own multiple Music City Party speakers, it also makes it easy to pair them together in True Wireless Stereo mode. My only complaint about the Connect Plus app is that it doesn’t scale well on my ipad and I have to use it in vertical mode so that all of the features are accessible on the screen. It would be great if they were able to fix that. The lighting effects are a fun addition without being over done. The lights around the speakers and Klipsch logos can be turned off completely or customized with different colors and patterns depending on the mood. One thing I wish Klipsch had added, would have been backlit controls on the top panel. If you’re using the speaker outside at night, the buttons can be a little difficult to see and I’ve had to use my phone’s flashlight. Around the back, behind a rubber cover, there are inputs for the included microphone and even a guitar along with dials to control their sounds. I didn’t have a chance to try these yet, but I could definitely see them coming in handy for karaoke or small gatherings. The sound quality is where this speaker really impressed me. Even around half volume, the music stayed clear and the bass remained crisp and clean without sounding jdistorted. I spent some time experimenting with the custom EQ in the app, and it was nice being able to tweak the sound depending on what I was listening to. Ultra Bass definitely adds a little extra punch, although it also uses more battery, so it’s something I’d probably save for when I really wanted the extra low end. Battery life has been very good so far. After roughly six hours of listening with the lights and Ultra Bass turned off, the battery was still sitting around 50%. Mine arrived with about an 80% charge and only needed about 45 minutes to reach 100%, so I was able to start using it almost immediately. One thing to keep in mind is that while it’s rated IPX4 for splash resistance, it isn’t waterproof or dust proof. I’d have no problem using it on a patio or by the pool, but I probably won’t be taking it to the beach where sand and water are harder to avoid. Overall, this speaker focuses on delivering plenty of sound while still being easy to use. Between the solid audio quality, simple app, customizable lighting, and surprisingly good battery life, it’s been a fun speaker to have around. It’s larger than most Bluetooth speakers, but if you’re looking for something built to fill a room or backyard with music, it does exactly that. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone looking to have some big parties. Your guests will not be disappointed!
