Great sound and power. I was very surprized by the sound and power. First speaker system i have ever owned that you have to reduce bass because of its power!

Got this today. Excellent sound. Crisp, clean and the Bass is excellent. It well shake the pictures on the wall. The volume and bass knobs on the speaker are a little stiff when turning, but that just gives me the feel of not being cheap and won't break or loosen up and crackle when turning like cheap knobs do after a while. Don't waste your money on anything else. You may pay a little more for these, but you won't be disappointed with these speakers.

I had Logitech's z506 for a month and I just was not happy with the sound. Since I am a premiere member I was still able to return those cr@ppy speakers and get the AMAZING sounding promedia's. These badboys will have your neighbors knocking on your door. The bass is fantastic and Everything is just so clear. Your going to love these!!!! I truly recommended anyone looking for a great pair of speakers to get these. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I PROMISE

After hearing my son's set a couple weeks back I decided to start reading reviews and specs for the Klipsh 2.1's. Everyone, every site, the users all raved about these speakers! Well after thinking about it I decided to pull the trigger and purchase them. And what could be better, the price was lower than expected, not sure whether Best Buy was having a sale or just lowered the price! I got them home and after a brief setup was experiencing some awesome sounds! The bass is tight and the highs and mids crisp and clear! The old original Bose Companion 2's that these replaced paled in comparison! I'd recommend these speakers to anyone in the market for these or something similar.

Bottom line; the level of volume and crisp sound quality that is achieved by this speaker system with only a headphone jack is absolutely fantastic...Total sound presence achieved on anything with a headphone jack...

If you are looking for the best speakers, here they are! I was amazed when i brought them home, plugged them in to my new iMac and turned on the new single, "Real" by The Goo Goo Dolls, I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I could hear every instrument if I listened for it, and the bass shook my house (there are ways of controlling that though... :]) Just to let you know, after I heard these at my local Best Buy store, I wanted them that second, but they were sold out everywhere! I had to wait a few weeks for BB to ship them from another store. It was worth the wait though because I don't think I would be as happy as I am now with my second choice (the Bose set), yeah i think these are better than Bose to tell you the truth!

I don't normally write reviews, but these speakers are outstanding! I use them to play music in my living room / kitchen area. I had an older set of Logitech speakers prior, and these absolutely blow them out of the water. Of course an extra 150 watts does make a difference. Base is amazing, and high end, and midrange is more than adequate for the speaker size. Love them.

I bought it at a higher price, but after called bestbuy, they refunded me the difference, very nice! The sound is better than any of my previous speakers. The subwoofer is well made and the bass is great. high pitch sound is also very clear and sweet. My only concern is the durability.

I was very happy with this system right out of the box...then I added my Audioengine D1 DAC from my studio and WOW....you can't do better for the price, even without a DAC. Add a DAC if you want to fully appreciate what these speakers can do for your computer's media.

I am not a review writer, but in this case, it is well deserved. As a previous reviewer noted, these are great. We bought the Bose Companion 2 system yesterday expecting it to be awe inspiring. After connecting the speakers, I had better sound quality from my cell phone than those speakers! We immediately returned them, and based off a previous customers review, we purchased these. We could not be happier. No sound interference, and the bass is better than I ever expected. It is nice having the bass control on the actual speaker, so you do not have to fuss with access. Overall, excellent choice. I don't see how you could be disappointed with this set!

These are quite possibly the best 2.1 speakers I've ever heard!!! Setup is a breeze. The sound comes through very clearly and these speakers are LOUD. I never turn them up past 25% because my room starts to shake. For such a powerful system , the subwoofer isn't obnoxiously large, so this set of speakers is relatively portable. I do wish that there was some sort of remote or control pod to go along with the system, but that's just a personal preference. Overall, I'm really happy with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 system and would recommend it to anyone.

When I bought a new desk, I had to slim down my speaker setup from a 5.1 to a 2.1 system. I had the money to buy some high end speakers for my high-end desktop, and decided to take a chance on a brand I had never heard of. Looks like my risk really paid off. These beasts sound wonderful! Everything is crisp, and the bass is fantastic. If you're into gaming, moves, or music, you should treat yourself to these speakers. Only downside, no Digital Out :(

WoW I love these speakers, First night I got em I put the volume to 1/4 the level and felt like I was a concert. Best speakers ever bought hands down. I never write reviews but after buying them I felt the need to share my experience and help others choose the best SPEAKERS out there for the PRICE .... TRUST ME DONT DO NO MORE RESEARCH GO TO BEST BUY AND GET THEM .... TRUST ME

These speakers are superb! The additional details I'm hearing, compared to the very good set of computer speakers I had before, is amazing. It drives me crazy to think I'm missing sounds in my favorite music. I don't think I'm missing much now (although with time, my OCD will kick in and I'll obsess that even these are leaving out sound details!). The undistorted volume is very high, impressive. These speakers are far too powerful for my small home office; they could easily fill a much larger room, such as a living room or great room.

I'm not sure where to begin. The sound quality is amazing and the bass is ridiculously powerful without even breaking the 25% mark of it's maximum settings. I'm honestly terrified to turn it up any louder then that for fear my windows will start to crack. Bottom line is if you want crisp clear sound and bass for music, gaming or movies this is the only set you'll need. I'd consider hooking it up to my television for a home theater.

Just bought them online for 94.99 and picked up at the store. Setup was real simple, did n't even have to read the manual. This is hands down the best 2.1 speaker system i have owned. being an audiophile, i'm happy with the hi,low's and the mid's. The bass is tremendous[ you probably do not need to go over the recommended level-marked by a white mark on the sub woofer knob). Real happy with the purchase.

I have to say that these are some of the best computer speakers that I have ever heard. They look awesom and sound even better. They have extremely long cords for the speakers so you can place them anywhere. I will warn you that they are very loud and have some seriously solid bass for this type of system. Only negative is that they don't have a spot to plug in a pair of headphones(not that important). I love these speakers!!!

This system is incredible, the sound is loud and clear, the bass is deep and powerful. I bought this system completely blind and only bought this because of the name, very happy with my purchase. I was going to spend 400 on the Bose because I wanted that sound, but I have a Bose home theater ...so what I did was , I bought apple tv, connected that to my iMac and bought the klipsch speakers now I have good speakers on my Mac and I can also play the music on my Bose for party days.

Own this system for a few months now and I still look forward to cranking the volume! The bass is incredible to the point where I have to turn it down. I've only heard bass like this coming from a Bazooka bass tube (audio car lovers know what I'm talking about) and the satellites provide crisp, clear, loud sound. Only issue I had was, one day after an hour of very loud play, the sub stopped working. I think it over-heated and cut-off for its own protection. I turned down the volume and put a fan by it to cool it off and that beautiful bass sound came back. Advice, if you gonna have a party, have a fan blowing on the sub-woofer at all times.

I bought these speakers not intending to buy speakers. I have Bose Companion 3 speakers on my computer and was always impressed by them. When I heard these it was love at first sight and I bought them. Cost less than half of what Bose charges and they sound much better. My only gripe is no separate control pod like Bose has with their speaker system; but it was not enough to affect my rating. Easy to set up and does not take up a lot of room. I would definitely recommend these speakers in a heartbeat. 110% satisfied.
