I arrived home and after thinking about what had happened I returned it.

When K returned them to store after driving 56 miles for purchase and return both salesperson and manager would not consider giving me any sort of comp for my inconvenience. This is after having spent thousands of dollars there on appliance, high grade tv and sound system and being a Best Buy member with long history of purchases! Completely rude - they couldn’t care any less! Former Best Buy Club member

Still not quite sure how to take that, but we will test the system and see if it sounds better than other systems I’ve had that have normal surroundsound speakers the speakers are pretty high dollar.
