My son needed a subwoofer for his home A/V system so we got this for his Cristmas present and he's thrilled. Typical Klipsch quality and performance which is to say outstanding. This is my second purchase of Klipsch audio components from Best Buy, the first being a pair of Reference 35 tower speakers six or seven years ago and are still impressing all who hear them. So glad that Best Buy are carrying them.

Decided to pair up My Subwoofer with Klipsch as My system is Energy CB 20 CB10 and CB 5 matched with Klipsch center speaker. The pairing turned out very nice.

This Klipsch 10" subwoofer produces solid, non distorted bass. It is well designed, attractive, and sounds fantastic. It sounds very clean and packs more than enough bass for my particular home theater application. It is quite capable of rattling all of your doors, windows, dishes, etc., if you want to do so. Its all has to do with the subwoofer speaker settings and audio video receiver calibrations.

I bought 2 of these one for my bedroom one for my living room. sounds really good with movies not so much with music kind of has a bad port noise at low volumes other then that great powered sub. My local Tulsa Hills BestBuy put my whole purchase under they wrong rewards account over $2000 worth Klipsch speakers on the wrong account plus on top of that they are very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife.

Normally I tend to a brand name that everyone would recognize. This is my third subwoffer, and second powered subwoofer for my main television multi- media viewing area. Dad's spot. I am more often listening than watching, and when there is any degradation, it becomes an ear worm. I was looking for quality, reliability, and something that would fit. I read many reviews, and even without much name recognition, I gave it a shot. Its been great. Intuitive. Automatic shutoff. Quiet beyond its function. Rumbling loud when its supposed to. I gave it 4 out of 5 because I expect a subwoofer to last. And having it for just about 2 months I can't yet speak for its longevity. No regrets.

For a mid price subwoofer, it produces very good bass
