I never thought this 10" sub would blow me away. Man, this small bad boy rocks and filled my family room with deep bass sound. Bought it for half the original price.

This subwoofer provides all the bass you need for one house! Lows are nice and deep and highs don't sound overly treble-heavy. Wonderful speaker.

This subwoofer likes to be LOUD. It seems to know no other way to be other than LOUD. It is VERY aggressive and seems to want nothing more than to bring down your house. I think it is great for action movies but I do not believe that the sound quality is proper for music unless you listen to mostly electronic, rap, or hip-hop and you cherish bass and volume above all else. Can also tend to get boomy - needed to keep the crossover at a very low setting to tame the boominess. I also got the 12" version of this subwoofer (R-12SW). The 12" version is even boomier than the 10", but the bass is deeper. But, overall, I feel the same about the 12" that I do about the 10".

I purchased this subwoofer in concert with a pair of R-15pms. I am loving the pleasure from senses. I recommend this subwoofer for anyone looking to stand on top of good music at their desk.

This speaker sounds like it's has a 30watt amp built in I had it for 4 months till I gave up volume still low return for another same thing I had the Polk audio PSW 10 and it was louder at 50rms no way this has 150rms get the warranty if u buy it I'm returning mine for the Bic America H100 12in this speaker only looks good and sound ok at low volume turn it up bass will die slow then u will see the bass only sounds good at low volume sucks when you won't to turn up your favorite song and the bass is no good till u turn your receiver down now your bass is booming try to go up and it over

Dont know if your guys have the same issue. When bass is low, the port at the back has rattle. So bad because I bought this for 174 usd as a deal. Now I have to return it.

Needed to replace old Sub that failed. This was an excellent addition to our system.

my last klipsch blew the amp in five years , went and bought the newest version after finding out klipsch wanted 200 to replace the amp. hooked it up sounded ok but not as good as the last one but after 2 hours it started thumping on its own pulled the speaker grill and the speaker would bottom out every ten seconds. very disappointed in klipsch quality again. i do not recommend purchase of this unit
