Klipsch quality has deteriorated!

I contacted Klipsch on 12/30/2020 and only got one reply via email on 01/11/21 stating "Due to heavier than usual traffic, we are a little slower in our responses." And, this is after I followed up with them on 01/08. I've since sent them two more emails (02/03 and 02/14) and no reply from Klipsch. I like the sound (which is why I still gave it the 2 stars) but the quality of Klipsch is questionable. I also purchased the R-120SW directly from Klipsch and bought my son a Promedia 2.1 THX. I had to return the Promedia 2.1 after the volume control stopped working in less than 30 days of use. I was planning on growing my Klipsch set up but after this, I'm rethinking my strategy. Too bad. I really like the Klipsch design and sound but quality seems to have been thrown out the door and customer service is non-existent!
