I bought these for my mother because the apple earbuds hurt her ears and let in noise. So far I have scared her because she didn't hear me walking behind her. Great sounds quality and bass also.

Good if you stand completely still

The sound quality of the headphones themselves is good, but any movement causes the cord to pick up the sound and that becomes all you can hear. Sitting at my desk listening to music, they sound good, but out walking around, the only thing I hear is the sound of the cord jostling around.

Great sound quality. I love these headphones. I use the for several hours every day at work...no problems! My mic is so good, it picks up sounds around me well.

    not good for working out

The first time I used these was during a workout in the gym and they fell out numerous times. Especially if I went to lift my arms above my head. I tried a different size earbud and it is basically the same. I also listen to a lot of bass-heavy songs during workouts and although the sound quality is good, the bass is nothing great. I am returning these after one use.

Sounded great while they lasted, but for the price I'd look elsewhere.

    Awful Sound experience

I can get better ear buds for 25.99 - 39.99 from Sony. These don't stay in your ear unless you jam them in there. After that they are so soft you might close the sound port if they jammed in there. I'll definitely be returning these, I should've kept my wallet away from BestBuy.

Broke after 1 year - Heavy and Non-Durable

Here's a breakdown of my experience with Klipsch: 1) Fit: Only good if you are stationary. If you are planning to use these to run, these are not for you. The reason - the cord and mic control are extremely heavy and weigh down the earbuds. 2) Durability: Shortly after the 12-month warranty expired, the sound went out. Reading reviews elsewhere, it seems like this is pretty common, but considering I kept these things in the case, is especially not acceptable. Spending close to $100 for a 1 year rental is ridiculous. 3) Customer Service: Please research on your own, but Klipsch customer service has absolutely zero interest in customer satisfaction. They are as by the book and one sided as a company can be, with poor follow up to concerns. This isn't just some angry customer. Seriously, search Klipsch customer service complaints and hope you never have to interact with them. 4) Sound: It's okay, but not nearly good enough to warrant dealing with 1-3 above. Overall, I am shocked to see as many good ratings as there are for these on BestBuy.com. Other site ratings seem way more accurate. I hardly write reviews, but as a service to my fellow consumers, I am putting this out there so you don't have to deal with the same frustrating experience I and many others have with Klispch and specifically the R6i's. Just a poor product, put out by a company that could care less about its customers and is just trying to eat of it's name brand. Stay away if you can.

Just. Just no. The best thing I can say about these is that they plug into my iPhone without breaking it (I hope). Firstly: The earbuds themselves feel like I'm driving a spire into my ears. They're not comfortable in the slightest. Second: I would comment about the poor sound quality, but I couldn't hear anything over the "wubba-wubba-wubba" of the cable being projected into my ears. Lastly: The three buttons to increase the volume, decrease the volume, and pause/play your music or call Siri: they are on the left side unlike most other earbuds meaning within the three hours since I've gotten it, I've reached for the buttons and missed about 50 times. It's minor but infuriates me all the same.

I used this ear bud on the plane (business trip). When plane landed i tried to remove from ears. It stuck in my ear. It was paining. I had to go emergency to take them off.
