Purchased this for my husband for Christmas to match his entire Klipsch set. Sound quality is not like no other. A little too loud for me BUT excellent for my husband and son. They absolutely LOVE Klipsch. Great gift for anyone who wants good, quality and a loud system.

This sub is very loud, and very deep. I was using a sub that I had for 25 years. You don't know you need a sub until you hear this one. The regular price is a good price. On sale is a better price. I caught an open box, and it was like new. This is a must for home theather. Whish I had 2 of them.

Replacement for an older Sony 12" powered sub. My first Klipsch. With the sale price, I figured I would give it a try. It has a large box, and produces very clear and natural sound for home theater special effects. Have not tried it with music yet. Definitely a great purchase.

originally went in store to buy a mid range receiver at a time when there was hardly any stock from any brands and before leaving found this sub on sale at the last minute that i was able to use for the time with an older receiver and sounds crazy good.

Bought this to replace an old paradigm subwoofer that finally croaked. This klipsch speaker is the boom dropping bomb! Goes very nicely with all my built in ceiling speakers. Love watching movies with big bass again. Would highly recommend.

Bought this for my home theater to replace an 8” Yamaha sub. No comparison. Deep clean bass that can rattle the walls. Has gain and power controls to adjust. Has an auto on and off switch. If speaker does not sense a signal it turns itself off. Great speaker and I highly recommend it.

I bought this to replace a much cheaper 10” Sony. This thing will bring down the house if you want it to, it is AMAZING!

Great buy at Christmas in July !! My power to this is 100w and this does not disappoint. I had no Idea I was missing so much of the low frequencies (29Hz - 120Hz) with gain adjustments. And at 200w/400w output this has now become a matched set with my other R-120SW.

Good addition to my sound system, especially at the holiday sale price. Adds an extra layer of depth to the sound from my R-820F speakers. However, it doesn't give the really extreme bass that one might want for an immersive home theater experience. Need the 15" for that.

This subs packs a lot of punch and low end rumble. When paired with other Klipsch speakers it gives nice full sound.

I was looking to upgrade speakers and these had great reviews. Turned out to be best purchase I have made in awhile.

I upgraded my sub-woofer from a Yamaha YST-SW-160 sub-woofer (about 15 years old). This Klipsch sub woofer blows it way!. so much cleaner and tighter in the low end. I can feel the bass in my body, but it is very clean - not muddy at all. I love this sub-woofer!

This is my 3rd 12" klipsch sub. I have 2 that are about three years old and never had a problem. This one was purchased for a second stereo system for use with a pair of klipsch towers running off a tube amp. They will really put some thump in the bass, great for classic rock.

I bought this Klipsch 12" subwoofer to provide bass detail that was not being reproduced by the RP280F floor-standing speakers. Once I dialed in the volume and crossover, the unit's bass response seamlessly complimented the mids and high range of the system.

This was my first home theater sub woofer and I am very pleased. During action movies the bass is percussive and immersive. Some people said that this sub was a little boomy and I agree, but you can make some small adjustments and correct this from time to time and your golden.

My son mentioned we needed a powered sub-woofer for our theater room. Me being me will not pay retail for anything. This well know brand went on sale for 55% off. I jumped at the offer. Of course the speaker is awesome. Has capabilities beyond my requirements.

Some of the reviews had me nervous but so far (1.5 months) it’s been flawless. Replaced a Polk 12” that lasted 4 years before the amp blew up. The bass is crisp, powerful, and clear. I use it for daily home theater with on onkyo receiver. I totally recommend.

A few years ago I bought a certified THX 500 Watt Subwoofer, and after buying the Klipsch 820 towers the thx sub didn't sound right; I bought the Klipsch 120 400 Watt Subwoofer,,,,WOW it was made to be in the with the tower's!!

I purchased two of these for the two different "Movie" viewing areas I have. They complement the surround sound systems perfectly. Adding these truly set up the classic Movie experience!

I have 4 Klipsch Tower speakers (w/Dolby Atmos Fronts) and a center channel didn't think I needed a sub too but the price came down and I swung at it. The difference is incredible the rumble I now feel when watching movies adds to the awesome sound of these speakers definitely worth the money spent...
