Used as part of a 5.1 surround system, the sub-woofer adds a whole new dimension to movies and TV shows. Nice clear and deep tones make the movies come alive. I am happy I purchased the 12" so the real deep sounds come through crisp and clear.

Excessive big slob sub, we like that sometimes. I literally have to turn it down really low and often dont run it unless it's a movie. Great price decent speaker although it does seem to fall all over itself when running near mid level.

Got this on sale for $225 and it rocks the price range but would not buy at full price.

This base was a little bigger than I anticipated (my fault for not looking at the specs closely), but still fits nicely behind our TV out of sight. It packs a TON of power. We don't have it turned up very high and it still makes the room rumble.

WOW. No other words describe the room shaking capability. I knew I was missing a lot using my Definitive Technology towers with "built in" subwoofer capability. Got it during manufacturer sale, so can't beat the price.

Overall great subwoofer, could really use 2 I think to make the full movie going experience but even with just the one it adds to the movie/audio experience greatly and absolutely well worth it.

Paired this with 4 same brand shelf speakers and an Onkyo receiver. Works perfectly.

I bought this sub to balance my theatre room. But it did much more than that. Very nice full range and sound. Definitely would recommend this for anyone looking to up there movie room experience.

Wow! For the longest time, I was resistant in adding a subwoofer. I didn’t know what I was missing. I’m so happy that I decided to purchase this model from Klipsch. The bass has a clean punch with a natural sound.

Ordered online at 6am, picked up at 15min after 9, took it home, setup under 10 min.

Current set up Marantz 7013 AVR 2 klipsch 820 towers 2 r120 subs These subs sound fantastic... paired with klipsch towers and driven by Marantz , you will shake the house and re-live that Motley Crue concert listening to “wild side” .

My favorite addition to my home theater setup. Even with the gain on 5 i have plenty of bass to match my pair of klipsch towers. I will be looking to add another the next time i see the price tag around 250$

Bought this on the Black Friday sale for $300. It replaced an old 8 inch subwoofer that I had. This one is much more powerful, almost too much for the size of my living room but I like it.

I haven’t set this speaker up yet. Still in the process of remodeling my man cave

Extremely loud - can shake the whole house - I had to turn it down to about 10% to make sense with our setup - which is fine with me. Our old Polk Audio SW died a mysterious death - this one seems much better built.

there are many subwoofers out there that will sound better, however, in this price range you will not find anything better. Movies come to life when adding a subwoofer, wish I would of bought one sooner to have enjoyed them more

This is by far the best powered subwoofer I've owned. Deep, powerful bass puts you right in the action. Let's not yalk about listening to music. I couldn't be happier, although, my neighbors are probably a little mad!!!

Even the TV commercials rock the walls. I have it matched up with my Klipsch r-51 pm's. FANTASTIC SOUND!! TV,CD'S,DVD'S, Pandora, whatever. If you want to feel the sound, get this sub.

I purchased this Sub on a great sale and it's worth event penny. The bass is easily adjustable and is very clean. The Klipsch reference line sounds incredible. I purchased this and the book shelf speakers. They make an excellent duo.
